Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation Seeks Public Input for Future Bear Creek Park
Community invited to complete online survey now through Sept. 24
Carmel, Ind. (Sept. 17, 2021) – Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation invites the public to participate in an online survey to determine the community’s vision for Bear Creek Park located at 146th Street and Shelborne Road. The survey is open now and will remain open through Friday, Sept. 24.
CCPR hosted a public input meeting, focus groups, and workshops the week of Sept. 1. The online survey is the next phase of CCPR’s efforts to gather public input for the development of the Bear Creek Park Master Plan.
This new park was purchased in 2020 and is comprised of 26+ acres of undeveloped land located in northwest Carmel. The master plan will help guide the ultimate design of the park’s development over the next several years.
