Reserve a Group Fitness Class
All group fitness participants must register for each individual class. Booking a reservation secures your spot for one class. Reservations open 48 hours in advance.
Class sizes vary based on studio location within the facility. Once a class reaches full capacity, you will be placed on a waitlist.

How early can I sign up for a group fitness class?
Reservations open 48 hours before the day of your desired class. That means, no matter what time you class starts, reservations will become available when the Monon Community Center opens, two days prior to class.
Here is a list to help you out:
- Class on Monday: Reservations open Saturday at 5 a.m.
- Class on Tuesday: Reservations open Sunday at 5 a.m.
- Class on Wednesday: Reservations open Monday at 5 a.m.
- Class on Thursday: Reservations open Tuesday at 5 a.m.
- Class on Friday: Reservations open Wednesday at 5 a.m.
- Class on Saturday: Reservations open Thursday at 7 a.m.
- Class on Sunday: Reservations open Friday at 7 a.m.

How do I cancel my SAAS Reservation from a phone?
1) Click on “your participations”.
2) Click on the class you want to delete.
3) Click on it again.
4) At bottom you will see “delete participation” click on that.
5) You will receive an email confirmation that you deleted a class.How do I cancel my SAAS Reservation from a computer?
1) Click on agenda (this the tab next to month, week, day).
2) Click the edit symbol on the far right next to the class you want to delete. The edit symbol looks like a pencil and paper.
3) Click the edit symbol again when the class pops up.
4) Click on the garbage can symbol.
5) You will get an email confirmation that this is done. -
What if a class if full?
Class sizes are capped, but a waitlist is available. If someone cancels and a spot is available, you will receive an email.

Reminders for group fitness participants
Woo hoo! You’ve made a reservation for a group fitness class. Now what?
- Arrive 5 minutes before your class starts. Your instructor will check you in.
- If you’d like a towel or mat during or after your workout, please bring one from home. Towel service and mats will not be available.

KidZone Reservations
We offer free childcare on-site at the Monon Community Center in our KidZone.
KidZone availability is limited, so you must make a reservation in advance to secure a spot(s) for your child(ren).
Booking a reservation secures one spot for a single child for up to 30 minutes. If you need additional time for your workout, feel free to book consecutive reservations. You must make a reservation for each child if you have multiple children.

Who can utilize KidZone?
Members and non-members can utilize KidZone while using the Monon Community Center.
You MUST remain inside the Monon Community Center while your child or children are in the KidZone.

How old must my child be to use KidZone?
Children ages 2 to 12 can use the KidZone.

How long can my child stay in KidZone?
Reservations can be made for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
Reservations are booked in 30-minute increments. If you want to workout over 30 minutes, you will need to book more than one reservation. For example, if I wanted to workout for two hours, I would need four consecutive reservations.
*A reservation secures a spot for one child. If you have multiple children, you will need to fill out separate reservations for each.

KidZone COVID-19 Protocol
Masks are optional for children while in KidZone.
Please keep children home if they are showing any signs of COVID-19 related symptoms.
If showing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, your child will not be permitted into KidZone or asked to leave for the day.
